If you would like to apply for the workshop "Burari Chochin Making Experience" at Mohei Suzuki Shoten, please fill out the application form below and submit it by Thursday of the week before the date of the workshop.
We will contact you by e-mail by the Friday of the week before the event date to let you know whether or not the event will be held. If you have not heard from us by then, it is possible that your application has not been received by us. (Please note that we do not accept reservations by phone only.
